Shipping and Return policy

When you make a purchase with us, you agree to our shipping and return policies.


Once you place your order, your product(s) will be shipped out within 24-72 hours. You will be provided with a tracking number for each product purchased and you will be able to track your shipment on your countries postal service website. Please allow the full 72 hours for your product to ship, and an additional 24 hours for your tracking number to show progress.

Our typical turn around time from the time you place the order to the time it arrives to you is 17-25 business days. 

We handpick items for you from various countries. 

If you purchase more than 1 item, they may come in different packages, also possibly arriving at different times.

If anything is wrong with your item, please contact us and we will work to rectify the situation. We may require photos upon accepting returns. Item must be in new condition in order to grant a refund. Refunds will be granted upon return and inspection of the item. All return postage must be paid by the buyer.

If your package gets lost in the mail, we will investigate the situation with our wholesaler. This is why we provide tracking information, so you are able to see where your package is at all times. It is important to double check your shipping address as we ship to the exact address that is provided to us.
