How long is your shipping time?

Our orders have an average turn around time of 2-4 weeks. Some arrive sooner, others take a little longer, and orders to Canada usually take a week longer.


Where is my order coming from?

We ship from wholesalers across the globe, but most of our items come from China. We work hard to make sure we’re only offering quality items to you.


I only received part of my order, where are my other items?

Because we work with several different wholesalers, some of our items ship separately at no extra cost to you. But do not worry if you’ve only received part of your order, the rest is on it’s way!


Is my personal and payment information secure?

Yes! Our website is powered by Shopify, which guarantees protection for all people involved. Your personal information will not be shared, sold, or used for any other method than fulfilling and shipping your order, and getting in touch with you if necessary.


How do I track my order?

When your item(s) ship, you will be sent an email letting you know which item has shipped, and it will include a tracking number. All items are able to be tracked using your countries postal service tracking website (i.e. USPS, Canada Post). If your information does not show up immediately, please give it time for the tracking number to sync with your item and update in the system.

If your item has not given an update in a few days, don’t worry! Because our items come from overseas, they may just be taking their first plane ride!
